Community Cinema – Stray Dog Screening & Discussion

  • Missouri History Museum 5700 Lindell Boulevard Saint Louis, MO, 63112 United States

Stray Dog Film Screening & Discussion | Lee Auditorium | Free

From the director of the Oscar-nominated Winter's Bone comes this portrait of a motorcycle-riding Vietnam veteran from the Missouri Ozarks. There's much more to Ronnie "Stray Dog" Hall than meets the eye. Behind the tattoos and leather vest is a man dedicated to helping his fellow vets and immigrant family as he also comes to terms with his combat experience.

Community Cinema (now Indie Lens Pop-Up) brings you free screenings of thought-provoking films scheduled for broadcast on the Emmy Award-winning PBS series Independent Lens, followed by opportunities for discussion and engagement.

Presented by Nine Network of Public Media and the Missouri History Museum, in collaboration with Independent Lens and Independent Television Service.
