World-Record Attempt at the Largest Dance Class

  • Missouri History Museum 5700 Lindell Boulevard St. Louis, MO, 63112 United States (map)

Get your dancing shoes ready! The Missouri History Museum is attempting to set a record for the World’s Largest Modern-Jazz Dance Class, and you're invited to be part of it.

On Saturday, May 4, 2019, 600+ people will gather to shimmy, shake, and chasse their way into history.  Check-in will start at 7:30am, and the dance lesson will begin at 9am, led by Muny Artistic Associate and former Resident Choreographer Michael Baxter (pictured). Between registration and the start of the class, participants will also have exclusive access to the Muny Memories: 100 Seasons Onstage exhibit (open through June 2!)

Tickets are $7 per person and include a commemorative T-shirt.
