Guided Group Tours

A dedicated, friendly and knowledgeable pool of volunteers offer guided walking tours and hop-on tour guide services to groups and organizations that provide their own qualified transportation. There are no fees for the following tours; however, a donation to Forest Park Forever is highly appreciated.

***The City of St. Louis requires bus permits for commercial vehicles that are parking in Forest Park for an extended period of time.

Walking Tours

  • Tours are scheduled based on volunteer availability, at a mutually agreeable date and time. We respectfully request a three week notice for guided group tour requests.

  • Tours take approximately one hour, depending on pace or traffic conditions in the Park.

Hop-On Tours

  • Group/organization must provide their own qualified transportation and a driver.

  • Tn order to best serve both the group and volunteer guide, transportation is required to have an amplified sound system as well as air conditioning/heating. We also request that a seat be held for the tour guide behind or next to the driver.

  • Hop-on tours cover the majority of the Park. The tour route may be altered due to traffic conditions, events in the Park and/or construction and street closures.
