Four Ways to Give Back This Giving Tuesday
Giving Tuesday is entering its eighth year on Tuesday, December 3. As stated on Giving Tuesday’s website, “Giving Tuesday was created as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good.”
In 2018, a total of $400 million was raised online just on Giving Tuesday. This year there will be thousands of nonprofits participating. Forest Park Forever is one of them.
There are several ways in which you can help us maintain the Park on #GivingTuesday.
1. Donating Within the Facebook platform (No Fees Charged to Nonprofits)

Log in to Facebook at 6:55 a.m. and be ready to make a donation by 7:00 a.m. CST. Facebook will match your donations made to nonprofits up to 7 million dollars. Last year the match was made at 7:05 a.m.

2. Instagram
Throughout the day we will be posting various Instagram Stories with a donate sticker, follow our Stories all day long for your chance to contribute.
3. Become a Forest Park Forever member!
4. Share on social media why you love Forest Park. You can include a donate button on your Facebook post or Facebook Story too. See the example below.
