One of the most beautiful urban parks in the world — and one of the greatest civic treasures of St. Louis.
Forest Park is owned by the City of St. Louis and operated in partnership with Forest Park Forever, our nonprofit conservancy.
The 1,300-acre green space encompass woodlands and waterways, recreational areas, dual pathways, prairies and awe-inspiring landscapes. The Park attracts over 15.5 million visits each year. It hosts various popular festivals and community events, and is home to world-class institutions. Here are more facts about Forest Park.
Forest Park truly offers something for everyone, and it’s free.
