One of the most beautiful urban parks in the world is in the City of St. Louis.

The City of St. Louis owns Forest Park. Our nonprofit conservancy, Forest Park Forever, partners with the City to restore, maintain and sustain this beloved green
space.

Forest Park truly offers something for everyone, and it’s free.

The 1,300-acre urban habitat encompass woodlands and waterways, recreational areas, prairies, over 30 miles of paths and trails, and awe-inspiring landscapes. Forest Park attracts over 15.5 million visits each year. It hosts various popular festivals and community events and is home to world-class institutions. We have many more facts about Forest Park.

Visitor & Education Center

The Dennis & Judith Jones Visitor and Education Center is where families and community organizations meet. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff operate the Visitor Services Information Desk from the Visitor Center’s main floor. We welcome your Forest Park questions!
