Tribute Gifts

Just as Forest Park offers a perfect setting for activities in every season, so too can it serve as a perfect gift for any occasion. Your tax-deductible gift will support our mission to restore, maintain and sustain Forest Park as one of America's great urban public parks for a diverse community of visitors to enjoy, now and forever.

General

Tribute recipients or their families will receive a customized announcement card, without reference to an amount, to notify them of your gift. You may also include a special sentiment. All donors will be recognized in our seasonal newsletters unless you wish to remain anonymous.

Flowers

Flower Tributes

Give the gift of symbolic flowers! This thoughtful donation will be used to plant and maintain flowers in Forest Park.

Tree

The Forest Park Forever Tribute Tree Program is on pause while we complete tornado recovery and safety assessments. We appreciate your patience!

We dedicate existing trees within our maintenance zones that have been planted for at least two years. We do not dedicate new tree plantings. Click here for complete Tribute Tree Program guidelines.

For a donation of $500, you can dedicate a tree in Forest Park. For an additional $200 donation, you can inscribe a 4”x 8” brick paver at the Brick Paver Plaza as a permanent tribute.

Purchase a paver in Brick Paver Plaza

$350: 4”x 8” brick paver with three (3) lines of text, up to 15 characters per line (including spacing and punctuation)

$1,350: 8”x 8” brick paver with six (6) lines of text, up to 15 characters per line (including spacing and punctuation)

Member discount: Current members at the Keeper of the Park level and above receive a discount of $150.

Bench

Bench Tribute Forest Park

For a donation of $10,000, the donor can work with Forest Park Forever staff to find a suitable bench to serve as a tribute.

This includes an attached plaque engraved with a sentiment of four lines of text, with 40 characters per line (including spacing and punctuation). The benches are provided with perpetual care, including cleaning and maintenance.
