Celebrate the 100th birthday of US Route 66 with a lively trip into the past! Johnny Rabbitt of KMOX leads a fun, one-hour virtual tour of the mother road in and around St. Louis, featuring 66 specially selected sights and stories from along America’s most famous highway.
Along the way, you’ll explore iconic stops such as Ted Drewes Frozen Custard, the ghost town of Times Beach and the historic Chain of Rocks Bridge, and more, while hearing colorful tales from the golden age of roadside travel. Special guest Travis Dillon, third-generation owner of Ted Drewes, will join Johnny to share the frozen custard stand’s enduring legacy along Route 66. Packed with nostalgia, history and roadside charm, this virtual journey down the Main Street of America is one you won’t want to miss!
