Yoga Buzz and Forest Park Forever invite you to care for yourself—and Forest Park—on a beautiful fall morning in the Anne O’C. Albrecht Nature Playscape!

Meet at the Nature Playscape entrance near the World’s Fair Pavilion parking area. At 9:30, we’ll take a 15-minute guided, meditative walk to the Meadow for 45 minutes of yoga.

The event is free, but donations will support Forest Park’s tornado recovery. Even if you can’t attend, you can still give to our restoration efforts.

In case of rain, the event will be held in the Trolley Room at the Dennis & Judith Jones Visitor and Education Center at 5595 Grand Drive.
