Courtside Tuesdays at the Nicholas J. Booker Basketball Courts in Forest Park (“The Nick”)

Join Forest Park Forever at the Nicholas J. Booker Basketball Courts (“The Nick”) for weekly basketball, presented by the Centene Foundation. We’ll also have lawn games and complimentary snacks and sports drinks.
Our friends at Big Game Officials will referee open play and help players build skills, and DJ Gwiz will bring the music on September 29 and October 27.
Travel
Free parking is available on Grand Drive and in the Visitor Center East and West Lots, which include several accessible parking spaces.
The basketball courts are situated along the paved Dual Recreational Path. Bike racks are available near the north and south entrances to the Dennis & Judith Jones Visitor and Education Center and at the basketball courts.
The 90 Hampton bus route Grand @ History Museum stop is 0.2 miles from The Nick and the Dennis & Judith Jones Visitor and Education Center.
The Forest Park–DeBaliviere MetroLink station is 0.2 miles from The Nick and 0.3 miles from the Dennis & Judith Jones Visitor & Education Center.
Weather
This program is weather dependent. We’ll make weather-related decisions using forecasts and in consultation with the National Weather Service office in St. Louis and will update this calendar as needed.
Equipment
You can borrow basketballs and other equipment from the Visitor and Education Center free of charge in exchange for an identification card (e.g., state ID, license, military ID or student ID).
