As part of the Flags of Valor installation on Art Hill (Sept. 5-13), there will be:

  • American bald eagle special appearance at 4 p.m. on Sept. 10

  • candlelight ceremony at 7:45 p.m. on Sept. 10

  • a reading of the names on Sept. 11 at 9:11 p.m
