A ticket to Shaken & Storied grants entry to an unforgettable evening of craft cocktails, St. Louis stories and a lively celebration in support of the MHS mission. Guests will enjoy samples of 10 cocktails and 10 mocktails curated by local bartenders, each inspired by artifacts from the MHS Collections. Throughout the evening, guests can cast their votes for their favorite libations, savor a seated gala dinner and take part in a live auction and fund-a-need in support of MHS.
Honoring St. Louis’ legacy as the birthplace of the cocktail party in 1917, the Missouri History Museum will host cocktail enthusiasts, creatives and history lovers of all generations, tastes and backgrounds for the biennial historic cocktail party fundraiser, Shaken & Storied. This spirited event will offer a vibrant fusion of history and mixology by challenging St. Louis’ leading cocktail bars to craft original cocktails and mocktails inspired by artifacts from the Missouri Historical Society Collections.
