Thursday Nights at the Museum: Leading through Change
Thursday Nights at the Museum is a weekly series where the museum exhibits are open late and you can enjoy pop-up activities, a cash bar, food and more.
Date: Thursday, January 29
Time: 5–8 p.m.
Location: Missouri History Museum, Lee Auditorium and MacDermott Grand Hall
Throughout its history, St. Louis has relied on strong leadership to navigate big decisions and move our region forward through times of transformation. Join the Missouri Historical Society and FOCUS St. Louis for this program that takes a past, present, and future view of St. Louis leaders who have led our community in the areas of civic engagement, public health, business, and education. FOCUS St. Louis President and CEO Dr. Yemi Akande-Bartsch will moderate a conversation with MHS President Dr. Jody Sowell, University City School District Superintendent Dr. Sharonica L. Hardin-Bartley, Affinia Healthcare President and CEO Dr. Kendra Holmes, and President and CEO of Cortex Innovation District Sam Fiorello, who will share how they are working to find solutions to some of St. Louis’s biggest challenges.
Join us in the Grand Hall before our main-stage event to enjoy food and drinks available for purchase from Amighetti’s. Visit resource tables, check out open-late exhibits, and stop by the Historian’s Corner.
