Play Day in the Park

Kick off summer with a free family celebration all about the power of play!

Now in its fourth year, this event brings together more than 25 local organizations for a day filled with energy, creativity and hands-on fun. Families can explore bubble play, outdoor art, parachute games, sports activities, STEM Lab explorations and more, all designed to highlight how play and reading shape children’s growth. It’s a joyful community event that invites families to move, imagine, discover and play together.

Presenting partners include Forest Park Forever, St. Louis County Library, St. Louis Public Library, the Saint Louis Science Center and The Magic House.

Pack a picnic or purchase lunch from a food truck.
